Processing Time

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

• Please allow up to 14 business days (2 weeks) for processing before shipment.

• While many orders are processed sooner, we cannot guarantee expedited processing.

Shipping Time & Carrier

• Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

• Shipping typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location.

• Most customers receive their orders within 3 business days total (processing + shipping), but delivery times may vary.

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

• Söular Herbals is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once an order has been marked as delivered by USPS, Söular Herbals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

• If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
